With the GIAPlanner Manage Liturgies screen, you can choose a liturgy from the liturgical calendar or plan a special liturgy.

If you are planning a liturgy similar to one you planned in the past, you can copy the past service as a starting point for your new one. All your previously planned liturgies are available to you at any time.
Find liturgical templates and suggestions
Using the liturgy template you can plan for all pasts of the liturgy. Just drag and drop a suggested title or enter your own text.

Do you need to communicate special instructions to your worship ministers? Just enter a not under each part in the liturgy. The note will be displayed when you print or share your liturgy.

Once you have completed your planned liturgy, e-mail it to your liturgical ministers with one click. Those assigned to the plan will receive an e-mail with a link to view the planned liturgy. You may also view a printable version or download a PDF of the liturgy.

Keeping liturgical ministers informed of your planned liturgy is a breeze. Enter all your ministers’ names into GIAPlanner.net, and then assign them to roles for each service. When you are done, GIAPlanner.net will e-mail the completed liturgy plan to each participating minister.
